• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Ability to lead and develop teams
• Experience with SOPs and store operations

Aufgaben

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards at store level
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service standards
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and merchandise flow to sales floor
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to improve in-stock and replenishment
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising to company expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy and stock movements
• Execute promotional ad sets with compliant signage and placement
• Complete price changes accurately and on time across floor and systems
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes
• Manage shrink reduction through asset protection practices
• Train and coach team members through onboarding and ongoing development
• Ensure policies and procedures support safety and compliance
