Michaels - WOR-NORTHBOROUGH, MA is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. The role ensures accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store through effective workload planning and inventory management.

Key duties include leading truck execution, stock planning, in-stock optimization, planogram compliance, and staff coaching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and floor flow
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership
• Manage Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment and backroom organization
• Manage inventory control, stock movement and shrink reduction
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processing
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments
• Partner in Asset Protection practices
