Job summary

You will drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store environment. Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, managing flow of merchandise, in-stock optimization, pricing changes, and Ship from Store processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and policy compliance.
• Oversee truck execution and merchandising sets.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization.
• Manage in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
• Oversee pricing changes and promotional execution.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and order accuracy.
