Responsibilities

• Lead and assist Store Manager in adhering to SOPs and Company programs to ensure legal and policy compliance.
• Ensure execution of company policies, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
