• Lead truck execution and ensure efficient merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines to drive in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and maintain visual merchandising standards.
