Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and Company policies, ensuring compliance and accountability.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Plan workload and prioritize tasks with store leadership to align staffing with business needs.
• Maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising to company standards.
• Maintain backroom and sales floor organization and cleanliness for a customer-ready store.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Perform price changes accurately and on time to maintain pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship-from-Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN receiving processes.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction; train and develop team members.
• Partner with Asset Protection to maintain security and SOP compliance.
