• Ensure policy execution and accountability for store conditions and results
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership
• Lead truck processing, unloading, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor
• Oversee inventory and replenishment accuracy, pricing changes, and stock movement
