Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the GREELEY, CO store to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. Qualifications

3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs.
Ensure execution of Company policies and standards.
Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
Lead truck execution processes and timely unloading of merchandise.
Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment.
Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment including backroom.
Manage inventory control and shrink reduction through proper procedures.
Train, coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
