Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in ensuring SOPs and company programs are followed
Lead truck execution, inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards
Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership
Oversee Ship from Store and RTV/ASN processes and pricing changes
Train and develop team members and support asset protection practices
Maintain clean, organized store environment and high service standards
Ensure in-stock optimization and merchandising execution across departments
Support a customer-ready store through effective backroom and sales floor management
