Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading and accurate sorting.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership to align staffing.
• Manage inventory control, in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Train, coach and develop team members through TM onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
