Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly while delivering legendary customer service. The role interacts with customers and team members daily and supports additional duties as assigned.

Must have retail or merchandising experience, be 18+, and able to read, write and count. Shifts vary by store, with a minimum of 4 hours and potential longer hours depending on business needs.

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review of planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
