Job summary

Five Below is hiring a Store Manager in New Jersey to lead daily operations, oversee stock placement, displays, and promotions. You will manage openings/closings, support training, and drive sales while controlling expenses in a fast-paced retail environment.

With a minimum of two years in retail management, you will mentor associates, uphold customer service standards, and ensure inventory integrity and safety policies across the store.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Set up and maintain displays following corporate guidelines.
• Open/close store, secure cash, alarms, and daily operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and service quality.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses via merchandising and service.
• Execute the market plan with signage and promotions.
• Ensure Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
