Job description

Job Title: Remote Store Marketing Planner

We are seeking a remote Store Marketing Planner to serve as the primary contact for marketing opportunities from store and operational partners. The role involves developing marketing plans for store openings or reopenings and managing logistics with partners aligned with planning.

Qualifications:

  • Approximately 10 years of experience in retail store marketing and operations.
  • Experience in developing in-store strategies focused on customer experience.
  • Ability to work with vendors and creative teams.
  • Familiarity with store touchpoints such as signage and in-store facilities.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing annual store marketing plans and budgets based on input from multiple stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and field teams.
  2. Establishing quarterly OKRs and project backlogs for the Store team.
  3. Creating strategies and execution plans to address store challenges.
  4. Partnering with Project Managers and Creative Managers to prioritize backlogs and deliver against goals.
  5. Preparing comprehensive briefs for the team and collaborating with Creative Managers to ensure needs are met.
  6. Managing communication to stores regarding marketing updates, with procurement handling delivery and installation communications.
  7. Allowing team members to respond to inquiries via Marketing Solutions Inbox and Service Now.
  8. Ensuring successful rollout of materials and updates, managing audits for store compliance.
  9. Managing the store marketing budget.
  10. Building and maintaining relationships across Marketing, Operations, and Field teams.
  11. Serving as a subject matter expert and consulting partner for the Store within the organization.
  12. Collaborating with creative and CX teams to enhance in-store marketing materials and facilities.

The target compensation range for this role is $45-48/hour, based on education, experience, certifications, and location.
