About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Demand-Supply Planner plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the balance between supply and demand. This position involves Forecasting, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning to ensure product availability meets business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Minimize stock outs and oversee all inventory movements.
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to develop forecasts for new and existing products.
  • Develop and manage monthly demand plans and forecasts.
  • Prepare and support department meetings for inventory planning and forecasting needs.
  • Responsible for import and tracking of replenishment shipments.
  • Consult with suppliers on orders, inventory, and container prioritization.
  • Pull data from SAP to update live inventory file.
  • Work with operations team to update inventory files and prepare for monthly review.
  • Manage Special and Ad-hoc Projects as required.
  • Coordinate logistics for exporting and importing goods.
  • Plan inventory for key accounts including Amazon, Latin America (LATAM), Caribbean, and Canada.

Key Accounts

  • United States, Latin America (LATAM), Caribbean, and Canada.
  • Consult with distributors to determine accurate inventory levels.
  • Communicate production orders with responsible facilities.
  • Responsible for logistic processes to ensure customers receive product on time.
  • Amazon/FBA (Domestic and International).
  • Collaborate with 3PL to analyze inventory and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Confirm warehouse has required files and labels for FBA dispatches.
  • Upload shipments for Canada and USA in Seller Central.
  • Ensure Canada warehouse dispatches FBA shipment promptly.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of Demand/Supply Planning experience.
  • SAP experience.Advanced Excel skills.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or business-related field preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong communication, organization, and delegation skills.
  • Experienced interpersonal skills to collaborate with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
  • Remote position with occasional visits to Sugar Land TX office.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
  • Logistic experience preferred.
