Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee who will lead daily store operations while developing the skills to run a successful location. You will manage staffing, merchandising, customer service, and policy compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The program emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and growth opportunities as you progress toward store management responsibilities at multiple locations within the division.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.
• Ability to develop rapport and lead store personnel effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve KPIs and budgets.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with district support as needed.
• Interview candidates for store positions and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and revise weekly schedules to ensure coverage and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards across the store.
