Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old is required.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel and communicates performance expectations.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel including advancement decisions and terminations where appropriate.
• Maintains store standards and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
