ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to drive store operations, lead a team and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This program blends leadership responsibilities with day-to-day store tasks such as stocking, merchandising and standards compliance.

As a full-time role, you will train across locations with travel within the division, receive industry-leading training, and have opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel; communicates performance expectations.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results using company resources.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district support as needed.
• Interviews candidates and provides recommendations for advancement.
• Manages personnel and supports advancement and termination decisions.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and applicable regulations.
• Trains store personnel to reach professional potential and delivers feedback.
