Circle K Georgetown, IN, is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, manage inventory and merchandising, analyze sales, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain store standards.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a focus on driving profitability. The position is full-time and based on-site at the Georgetown location.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in duties and procedures.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions related to CSR/ASM.
• Computer skills for reports, inventory, cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Train employees to meet Company standards in customer service, site image and marketing execution.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports; ensure merchandise is stocked and displayed.
• Provide timely performance feedback and conduct appraisals in writing.
