Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train employees and manage store functions.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory, cash control, and notices.

• Develop tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and compliant with standards.
• Maintain professional image and supervise subordinates and supervisors.

• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Ensure timely communication to all staff.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals; ensure reports are completed on time.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing and display; manage daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
