Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural-Science or Business related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn duties of Store Manager and develop required skills.
• Recruit, hire, develop, evaluate, discipline, and retain team members.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value.
• Schedule, organize, and plan daily activities for efficient store operations.
• Learn budgeting, forecasting and payroll analysis with district support.
