• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to drive results.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising, cleanliness, and store operational standards.
• Collaborate with Credit Department to support account collections.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely product flow.
• Oversee warehouse and delivery operations for quality and efficiency.
• Participate in company initiatives and contribute ideas for growth.
