Rocket Stores in Missouri is seeking a Manager-In-Training for a full-time role with benefits including a 90 Day Performance-Based Increase, referral bonus, health benefits, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

The MIT will complete a structured training program under the Store Manager and District Manager, learning to manage, direct and supervise daily operations while maintaining a customer-friendly environment in line with United Pacific goals and policies.

Formación

• 5+ years of supervisory/lead experience in retail or fast-food.
• Ability to coach, train and develop team members.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid, infraction-free Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to push/pull up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder to access materials when needed.
• Some locations may require working in small spaces.
