Job summary

Rebel Convenience Stores in Riverview, FL is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to learn every aspect of our operations and prepare for future management opportunities. You will handle hands-on maintenance, leadership development, customer safety, problem solving, and participate in training programs—building technical and leadership skills for a future store leadership role.

The role is hourly during training at $18 per hour, with salary offered after training.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Maintenance, trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), or foodservice background preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

Hands-On Maintenance & Operations: diagnose, repair, and maintain store equipment.
Leadership Development: scheduling, prioritizing tasks, reporting on projects.
Customer & Safety Focus: keep stores safe, clean, and delivering a great guest experience.
Problem Solving: work with contractors, vendors, and team members to resolve issues quickly and cost-effectively.
Training & Growth: attend company training programs to build technical and leadership skills for future management.
