Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to achieve results.
• Oversees scheduling, merchandising, and customer service to meet KPIs.
• Interviews candidates and advances staff as appropriate.
• Ensures store compliance with policies and safety standards.
