This full-time role involves stocking, merchandising, customer service, and maintaining store standards, with structured training and growth opportunities. Expect a starting wage of $27.25 per hour and potential earnings of about $74k–$97.5k in year one.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail and management experience

Responsibilities

• Communicates duties and performance expectations todirect reports to ensure results; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel including advancement and termination decisions as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with store policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Leads and supervises the team to develop sales, engage teams, and achieve KPIs and budgets.
