Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail environment and management is preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel; communicate expectations and performance.
• Develop action plans to improve operating results using company resources.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with district input as needed.
• Interview candidates and recommend hires to the district manager.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety standards, and store KPIs.
• Plan weekly schedules and manage expenses, inventory, and cash handling.
