ALDI is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will work side-by-side with associates to stock, merchandise, serve customers, and uphold store standards while preparing to run your own store through hands-on leadership training.

The program includes leading teams, customer service excellence, and active participation in store operations. Starting wage is $29.50 per hour with a potential annual earnings range including bonus, and a $5,000

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail and management is preferred.

• Lead and develop store personnel; communicate expectations to direct reports to drive results.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results using company resources.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
