The role offers full-time hours, a starting wage of $27.25 per hour, and a potential year-one earnings range of $76,000–$95,000 (salary + bonus where applicable), with location-based variance.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to achieve results and directs daily store operations.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager support.
• Interviews candidates and recommends for advancement.
• Ensures compliance with store policies, safety, and cash handling procedures.
