The role offers a starting wage of $29.50 per hour with an estimated year-1 earning potential of $84,500–$105,500 inclusive of salary and bonus where applicable, with variation by location.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel and communicates expectations.
• Oversees daily store operations including staffing and merchandising.
• Plans and schedules weekly work hours.
• Trains and develops store personnel to achieve potential.
