Walgreens Co. is offering an accelerated Store Manager development program in the United States.

Trainees learn front-end and pharmacy operations, shadow the Store Manager, and rotate through multiple stores to gain comprehensive leadership experience. Participants complete classroom, online, and on-the-job training, pursue required certifications, and grow through structured development plans with district leadership guidance.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.

Mansioni

Oversee store operation (front-end and pharmacy) under Store Manager guidance.
Shadow Store Manager to learn and perform supervision duties across opening/closing shifts.
Develop plans to improve customer service trends and store performance.
