Walgreens is offering an accelerated Store Manager development track in Missouri. Trainees will learn full store operations across front-end and pharmacy, shadow the Store Manager, and complete rotations across nearby stores to prepare for a Store Manager role.

The program covers classroom, online, and on-the-job training, with emphasis on compliance SOPs, customer service, and leadership development to enable readiness for a management position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• PTCB Certification.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager to learn store operations.
• Lead front-end and pharmacy operations during learning journey.
• Participate in rotations across stores to gain exposure.
