Walgreens in Missouri offers an accelerated Store Manager development track designed to prepare you for full store leadership. You will learn the operations across front-end and pharmacy, shadow the Store Manager, and complete certifications required for the Store Manager role.

Through classroom, online, and on-the-job training, you'll rotate through stores, develop performance plans, and master SOPs while pursuing pharmacy licensure as required by state law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens locations within the area.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operation (front-end and pharmacy) of a Walgreens store under Store Manager guidance.
• Learns to lead store operations and develop team during the accelerated program.
• Shadows Store Manager to gain exposure to opening/closing shifts and tasks.
• Gathers and analyzes performance metrics to improve business results.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs, policies, and laws.
