Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations and lead full store operations (front-end and pharmacy).
• Shadow the Store Manager to supervise opening/closing shifts and merchandising tasks.
• Assist in protecting store assets and monitoring loss prevention systems.
• Develop plans to improve business results, sales growth, and customer experience.
