Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of retail management, or HS Diploma with 5 years of retail management.
• Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Flexible schedule with extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willing to accept Store Manager assignment and transfer within hiring area.
• Preferred: PTCB Certification and prior retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager to learn full store operations.
• Lead front-end and pharmacy operations under guidance.
• Assist in opening/closing, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Develop plans to improve customer service and store performance.
• Adhere to SOPs and comply with policies and laws.
