Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours).
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.
• PTCB Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens operations and lead full-store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager to gain supervisory experience and participate in opening/closing duties.
• Engage customers and patients, resolve complaints, and model service best practices.
• Assist in supervising merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention programs.
• Analyze store and pharmacy performance indicators to drive improvements.
