• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations to lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager and assist in leading store operations during the learning journey.
• Complete accelerated program and certifications needed for Store Manager role.
• Develop and implement improvement plans based on customer service and business metrics.
