FirstCash in Nashville, TN is seeking a Store Manager Trainee. This role offers an hourly wage plus commission, with a path to Store Manager. A minimum of six months in store management is preferred, and flexibility to work weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of store management experience.
• Ability to lead and develop store employees.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in daily operations.
• Promote a customer-centric environment and resolve issues.
• Train and mentor Pawnbrokers and sales staff.
• Open/close store, manage cash drawers and protect assets.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and store systems.
• Drive profitability through performance and goal setting.
• Maintain compliance with FirstCash standards and policies.
• Engage in recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
