Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in retail management or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to transfer into Store Manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager and oversee store operations (front-end and pharmacy).
• Lead and coach team members to deliver customer service and store performance.
• Analyze performance data and develop plans to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support loss prevention and inventory management.
