Job summary

Walgreens is launching an accelerated Store Manager development program designed to fast-track leadership across front-end and pharmacy operations. Trainees will shadow the Store Manager, participate in rotations, and complete required certifications to prepare for permanent Store Manager roles.

The program emphasizes learning SOPs, compliance, people management, and performance improvement while building customer-experience excellence and operational acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED with retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to accept assignment into a Store Manager position if offered.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Shadow the Store Manager to learn front-end and pharmacy operations.
