You will shadow the Store Manager, engage in performance conversations, and develop leadership skills while ensuring customer experience and compliance across the store. This role emphasizes growth into a Store Manager position.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy store operations under the Store Manager.
• Shadow Store Manager to learn opening/closing shifts and task delegation.
• Coach team members to improve customer experience and service metrics.
• Analyze inventory, asset protection data, and pricing accuracy to reduce loss.
