Job summary

Walgreens offers a rigorous accelerated Store Manager development program designed to teach you operations for both front-end and pharmacy. You will learn under the Store Manager’s direction, shadowing and assisting to lead the store through the learning journey and rotations to readiness for a Store Manager role.

Participants complete classroom, online, and on-the-job training, with development plans and continuous feedback from District and Store Managers, aiming for permanent assignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations with Store Manager oversight.
• Shadow or assist Store Manager in leading the store during the learning journey.
• Complete accelerated development track to Store Manager within the specified timeframe.
