Walgreens is offering an accelerated Store Manager development program. You will learn full store operations across front-end and pharmacy under the Store Manager, and complete a rigorous development track to attain Store Manager readiness within the timeframe outlined in the plan.

You will participate in classroom, online, and on-the-job training, rotate through nearby stores, and gain exposure to compliance SOPs, financial metrics, and people management systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Fluent English spoken and written.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.

Mansioni

• Learn Walgreens’ operations and the one-box approach for full store operations.
• Shadow Store Manager to gain exposure to opening/closing, merchandising, and team supervision.
• Complete accelerated development track, rotations to stores, and required trainings to achieve Store Manager readiness.
• Develop plans to improve customer experience and store performance during rotations.
