Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to communicate in English.
• Food Server certificate (e.g. ServSafe) and Food Safety Management certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the activities of 2+ full-time employees such as Assistant Manager or Lead CSR.
• Recruits, hires and trains employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manages tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept per company standards.
• Schedules employees to maximize customer service and maintain store image.
• Handles customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitors sales and budgets, ensures accurate cash handling and inventory control.
