• Ability to have open availability and work in store conditions.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees including assistants and customer service staff.
• Develops relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints promptly.
• Schedules staff and ensures store image, stocking, pricing and cleanliness per company standards.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and communicates discrepancies to District Manager.
