Circle K in Cuero, Texas is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations and a team of associates. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring store standards, and driving sales performance.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and develop staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and uphold safe, compliant store operations in a fast-paced convenience retail environment. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Able to supervise and train staff for equipment listed in the CSR and ASM job description.
• Able to supervise and manage the CSR and ASM functions.
• Proficient in computer use for reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transport to bank and meetings.
• Able to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
