Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees and oversees training to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develops tasks to keep store clean, stocked, organized, and well-kept per Company standards.
• Schedules staff per guidelines to maximize customer service and store image.
• Promotes safe, professional image and resolves customer complaints promptly.
• Prepares performance feedback in Workday with regular check-ins and reviews.
• Established communication channels and regular meetings with staff and District Manager.
• Organizes files and reports; ensures posters and signs are accessible.
