Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of retail work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/LSR/SA job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/LSR/SA job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and related reports, inventory control, cash control, employment forms, etc.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full-time employees (Assistant Manager, Lead CSR, CSR).
• Recruits, hires and trains staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manages store operations, stocking, cleanliness and overall store image per company standards.
• Schedules employees and maintains a professional, supportive management style.
• Promotes safe procedures and ensures compliance with safety policies.
• Develops relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints.
