Job summary

Roberts Oxygen in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Store Manager Supervisor to oversee store operations across the Baltimore territory. The role includes supervision of Store Managers, local travel within the territory, and ensuring excellent customer and employee relations.

The candidate will manage hiring, scheduling, safety compliance, and lease responsibilities while driving growth and profitability. This position reports to the Branch Manager and demands strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3 years of store management experience.
• 3 years of industry inside sales or customer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CDL driver license preferred or ability to obtain.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall retail store operations and supervise Store Managers.
• Manage hiring and scheduling coverage for stores within the Baltimore territory.
• Oversee store lease, facilities, safety and licensure compliance.
• Cultivate long-term customer and employee relationships to support growth.
• Support company growth and financial goals by optimizing resources.

Skills and experience requirements

• Solid computer skills and usage of Microsoft Office Products to include Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and internet
