Responsibilities

• Manage store hiring strategy including planning needs, recruitment, turnover, and leaves of absence.
• Onboard and train new team members; develop a fun, productive environment.
• Drive selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues to make it right.
• Plan and manage the schedule to maintain efficiency and compliance with policies.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, VM, and product presentation strategies.
• Handle cash operations, store readiness, and loss prevention.
• Lead weekly markdowns, pricing, and promotions in line with company standards.
