Job summary

Lids is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Murfreesboro to drive store performance, coach a team, and ensure superior customer service. You will act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and execute daily store operations with a focus on sales, training, and policy adherence.

You will lead by example in delivering an engaging, high-energy customer experience while managing tasks such as scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention, within Lids’ standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management and staff scheduling.
• Ability to manage cash handling and POS processes.
• Excellent customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead selling strategies to achieve KPIs, sales targets and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee training and development of store personnel through LIDS training programs.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper operations and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, inventory control and store cleanliness.
